I have taken my car to this service department for the past several years. When I first started, the service was great and the staff at the front desk were helpful and polite. The service has gone down hill and the last two times that I have taken a vehicle there have been terrible. We have had trouble with the battery light coming on and the check engine light was on. We replaced the catalytic converter and they put a new computer module in. A week later the same thing happened. They told us we needed to replace the other catalytic converter at a cost of almost $900. They couldn't tell us what was wrong with the battery light (although the alternator is currently recalled without parts to fix it). We took it to an independent service department and they told us they were not sure what was going on with the computer. The check engine light is now out so we would have spent $900 for nothing. We feel that they didn't really try to figure out what was going on in either instance. They just told us we needed to replace parts. The most recent time I took our new Jeep in for routine factory maintenance. I scheduled the appointment on line and got a confirmation email. When I arrived, they told me they didn't have me on the schedule and that it would be an hour and a half before they could get me in because they didn't have the number of people there to do it. I was also told that they are having trouble with the online system. Neither of these issues are the customers fault. On their website it says "treat every customer as if it were your mother." This is not how I was treated. I will not be taking a car back here for service.

Be prepared to get played like a fiddle if you go here with out an experienced car buyer

Anytime id ask the lady about something shed get a real mean condescending attitude like i was literally retarded or something.

She just said stuff like "oh ill add cpov and perma plate cause its a totally nice car" she never said these things cost 3500 DOLLARS! i didnt ask for none of that and she just slapped it on there without even asking.

Call me stupid for not checking but the fact remains, they took advantage of my lack of experience and i walked out paying $3500 more than i was supposed to.

As a first time NEW car buyer they really took advantage of that, they threw on a bunch of additional things to charge me for but never mentioned what they cost or that there would ever be a charge to begin with.

Came to Victory to get the fog lights on my Dodge Charger programmed. Had me in and out in 30 mins. Great Staff, Great Location!!

Got an oil change and cabin filter. In and out in about an hour. Friendly staff

Very professional. They did everything to get me the number and even beet the number I needed for a payment on a new car. After I turned them down to buy a different brand car else where. They where very understanding and very courteous. I recommend them highly.
