Front office often conveniently loses checks long enough to charge fees, and then cashes them. Hangs up on us constantly. A pipe burst at a neighboring empty lot after hours and the emergency line hung up on us. Our house is beautiful but it is absolutely not worth the headache that comes with the rental company. Shame on Cloverleaf.
Horrible Management and Office Staff. They should be investigated for abuse of Seniors at High View Acres in Apollo.They do not follow their own rules on property that they own. Stay away from Cloverleaf. Can I post zero stars?
If you want your rent raised every year this is the place for you.
